Every Pawzie product is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery.

What's covered

Seam separation, zipper failure, bolster collapse, or material defects that appear under normal household use.

What's not covered

Damage from chewing, scratching, or tearing by pets. Wear from washing outside the care instructions. Fading from direct sunlight. Normal softening of the fill over time.

How to claim

Email support@pawzie.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll reply within two business days. If it's a defect, we'll send a replacement at no cost — there's no need to return the original.
