How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 5–10 business days within the United States, with free shipping on every US order. We ship within the United States only. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What size should I choose for my dog?
Measure your dog from nose to base of tail while they're stretched out, then add 6–8 in for room to move. Each product page includes size details. Still unsure? Email us your dog's weight and breed — we'll help you choose.
Can I return or exchange a bed?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every Pawzie product is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. See the 1-Year Warranty for what's covered and how to claim.
How do I clean my Pawzie bed?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry to preserve the plush pile. Avoid bleach and high heat. Care details are listed on each product page.
What are your beds made from?
A dense vegan faux fur over a plush cushioned fill. No animal fur is used in any Pawzie product.
